Legal Contract: This agreement is made on [DATE] between Livewire Music Group LLC ("Company") and [ARTIST NAME] ("Artist").

1. Distribution: The Company agrees to set up distribution for the Artist's music on various digital platforms and streaming services.

2. Royalties: The Company agrees to reimburse the Artist 20% of all streaming royalties, sales, and sync licensing deals made in connection with the Artist's music.

3. Term: This agreement shall commence on the date of signing and continue for a period of 5 years, unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement.

4. Rights: The Artist grants the Company the non-exclusive right to distribute, promote, and license the Artist's music during the term of this agreement.
